Additional licenses under 3year commitment with price updates

Hello,

I have a client with a 3 year commitment in NCE model for Dynamics 365 licenses (Sales, CS and Marketing).

In april MS communicated that the prices will suffer an update in october 1st.

Q1: If after this date my client decides do add new licenses, under this 3y commitment, the price is protected for the new licenses? The price will be the same as the original licenses?

Q2: And if under this tenant, today, this client have 20 sales enterprise licenses and after october 1st decides to include 10 customer service enterprise licenses, it will be considered as additional license at the same price of the initial licenses or should be considered the price in the moment of the subscription?

Q3: if the products are considered different, and by october 1st the client does not have yet the need to subscribe all the licenses, can I subscribe 1 license before that date and after add the other licenses?
