All the necessary access has been granted to user. but somehow whenever users visits inquary to access any account the following error appears. I would appreciate it if someone could explain what needs to be done in this case.
This message usually means that Account Security and Organizational Structures is enabled, and the user(s) does not have access to the account that is attempting to be used.
The easiest way to rule this out is to use the steps below.
Turn off Account Security. This might require an account with elevated security to accomplish this.
Open the Company Setup window.
Administration >> Setup >> Company >> Company
At the bottom right, you will see a couple checkboxes.
Unmark the Account Security Checkbox.
Click Ok to save the changes.
Have the user log in and see if they can use the account now.
If so, the problem is the user does not have access to the account.
Turn the Account Security back on using the same steps in steps 1 but mark the checkbox.
You will need then need to have the account added to the user.
