The Dynamics GP User Group (GPUG) held an evening reception overlooking Tampa Bay on Thursday evening to honor graduates of the Professional Certificate in Accounts Payable (PCAP) program. PCAP is the only certificate program designed exclusively for Accounts Payable professionals using Microsoft Dynamics GP. The program provides students the opportunity to expand not only their GP knowledge, but also that of supporting tools, technologies, and processes. GPUG recognized two graduates - Paul Crabb and Shelanda Addison - of the program which was reintroduced in July 2013 with a streamlined structure.

Paul is a Financial Systems Analyst for Sempra U.S. Gas & Power, a company that “develops clean power solutions in markets throughout the U.S. with a focus on zero and low-emissions fuels”. Over the past 10 years with the Sempra companies, Paul has held front-end support positions for finance and accounting applications, and for the last six years has been a member of his company’s Dynamics GP Support team. Paul cites his participation in the GPUG Professional Certification in Accounts Payable Program (PCAP), to be value-adding to his current position.

Shelanda is the Accounts Payable Professional for Florida Community Health Center. She has been in the accounting industry for 25 years – working with Microsoft Dynamics GP for more than 10 years. Due to Shelanda’s extensive experience with GP, she decided to become certified in GP to fulfill her desire of learning and gaining new experiences every day. As a result, she strives to help her peers when needed and to be the most effective, collaborates and results - driven she can be.

Congratulations to Paul and Shelanda for their hard work in ELEVATING their GP knowledge.
