We curently operate our GP 10 system through a hosted Citrix environment that is not part of our Domain. We are in the process of upgrading to GP 2010 and we are having some issues. With GP 2010 there is the Business Analyzer module that uses SSRS. We are having issues getting this to work in our Citrix envronment where most users are anonymous to Citrix and not named. The other issue is it is outside of our domain so Windows authentication is not going to work. Can anyone help me to get this working?
With your users being anonymous and windows auth not being an option, are you hoping to basically bypass security and just make it work for anyone? There may be options to give anonymous or authenticated users access to srs reports, but there will be no security with this setup.

Could you be more precise about your environment ? Where is your SSRS server located ? is the SSRS 'native' or SharePoint configured ? is it part of the domain ? why is your Citrix server not part of the domain ? Which version of Citrix do you use ?
As far as I remember, the authentication process for BA is based on the security that is set in the SQL server, so this could be mixed... and this may not work at all if your Citrix environment is not providing any authentication mecanism to the domain. You may have a chance to get some details on the Official Inside GP blog : blogs.msdn.com/.../feature-of-the-day-business-analyzer-report-settings.aspx
Thanks in advance for the details.

We are not trying to bypass security. Our SSRS server and SQL server are located at our hosting company in another state as well as time zone. SSRS is bative and we do not have SharePoint. The servers are not in our domain and the Citrix server is not part of our domain because of being hosted. My PC has the Citrix XenApp installed. Don't know what the servers have
Are your users a part of the hosting partners domain? What logon information are your users supplying when they log into the hosting partners environment?
No our users are not part of the hosting partners domain. Also they are not supplying login information that is the issue. We are changing this so that they supply their AD login that they use for our network and it appears to be working.
