When I try to export data to Excel, the Excel sheet come empty. please how can I fix this issue
Please, give us a more details. What version you use? Classic or RTC client? From what form/page?
I try to export to Excel from Chart of account or for any other page, I use NAV2013, but Excel sheet come without data.

Can you please also specify Office version? NAV 2013 requires at least Office 2007 SP1.

Do you already have Excel open when you try this? If so, this is a known bug that has been addressed in a recent hotfix.
