I have a customer that accrues vacation benefit by number of days employed. Any idea on how to set that up?
If this group of employees works the same number of hours each day, perhaps you could use "Hourly" to award benefits. Then have different benefit IDs for the number of hours each day they work.
Or perhaps you could have the benefit be on a per pay basis. Then award the benefit hours based upon how may pay days are in a pay period.
