Cannot find AD account in D365 setting - Email configuration

I try to setup Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook through Setting - Email Configuration - Mailboxes.
But I cannot find one existing AD account in this step.
What's the possible reason the AD account is invisible?

    Thanks for your suggested directions.
     
    I tried to visit the link you provided. The user id isn't listed in this page.
     
    By the way, I also confirmed D365 license is granted. 
     
    Are there any clues I can further investigate. Please advise. Thank you!

    Hi,
     
    Please check if the user is disabled/removed in the Microsoft Entra Admin Center and if the user is missing a license.
     
    After testing, all of the above behaviors will cause your issue.

    I repost 1st & 2nd screenshot.
    As well as 4th screenshot to show active user list.
    There're four Michael in the list, but only three in mailboxes view.

    The first two screenshots you posted are not showing up, could you re-provide them?
     
    You can check the users you have added to your environment by switching the user view in PPAC.
    Check that the AD account you are looking for exists in the environment.
