Important: The latest Edge and Chrome versions will not run these downloadable courses. In order to run downloaded courses, you must be running older versions of browsers, such as Internet Explorer, or Edge 44.18362.449.0. As we find additional information about running the courses, we will update the instructions.
The following steps guide you through the process of starting a course from the compressed file you’ve downloaded.
- Click Allow blocked content.
- Select the gear icon and then select F12 Developer Tools.
- At the bottom of the screen, select the computer/tablet icon drop-down and select 10
- Select Leave this page
- You can select the window icon at the bottom right of the window that was opened with the Developer tools. This will undock the developer tools window and you can then minimize this window.
- View course.
Hi, I have an issue while launching the course. Some of the videos don't start and this is the error message I have on the screen : "An error occurred while attempting to play the video". Does somebody know how to solve this issue? There are only about 1 video out of 4 that works.
