This is part of the blog series comparing ClickDimensions and Dynamics 365 Marketing.
Some people want an editor to be easy drag and drop, others want to be able to write HTML. What type of editors does Clickdimensions and Dynamics 365 Marketing have?
As you can see both systems have Drag and Drop and Custom HTML, so I’ll focus on the Drag and Drop version of the editors, and build the same e-mail in both systems. But first, let me describe the other editors from ClickDimensions.
The block editor is an old editor type, but you can get an email to look the way you want it to.
Want to learn more about the editor – read the help page from ClickDimensions.
The Free Style editor is a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor. It’s very easy to use, but it also requires some work to get it looking good. In this you can also edit the HTML if you want. You can also use Freemarker and personalisation.
In update 5.0 (a long time ago) of ClickDimensions they came with the first Drag and Drop editor. This was a fantastic new edition and has a lot of great features.
Read a comparison between the old and the new drag and drop editor.
