What's happening?
Users are unable to manually adjust the width sitemap in Dynamics 365.
Reason:
The sitemap menu width in Dynamics 365 is set to a fixed width by design to ensure consistency across different devices and screen resolutions.
Resolution:
While the sitemap can be expanded or minimized by clicking the "hamburger" menu, the width cannot be adjusted manually by dragging the sitemap area. This is an intentional design choice to maintain a consistent user experience across multiple platforms and resolutions.
