Knowledge Articles Not Supporting Multilingual Search

What’s happening?

Knowledge articles do not consistently support multilingual search. Sometimes, articles originally authored in English can be found using Chinese search terms, while at other times, they cannot be located.

Reason:

This may be related to the language preferences or translation configurations of the knowledge articles.

Resolution:

• Verify the preferred language of the knowledge articles that are not searchable.
• Confirm if translations have been configured for the knowledge articles.
