Users receive an error message when attempting to change the default font for email composition in the sales application.

Reason:

This occurs due to the use of custom-made email forms. The default font change functionality works correctly on the standard email form for interactive experience, but not on the customized forms.

Resolution:

Use the standard email form for interactive experience instead of the custom-made email forms. The original issue that required the creation of custom forms (related to attachments) has been resolved, making the standard form suitable for use again.
