What’s happening?

Users of Dynamics 365 Sales are unable to configure sales sequences to send emails from an email address different from the sequence owner's email address. Emails sent automatically from sales sequences are always sent from the sequence owner's email address.

Reason:

The current Dynamics 365 Sales product does not support configuring or changing the sender email address for emails sent automatically from sales sequences.

Resolution:

After thorough investigation, it has been confirmed that there is currently no available configuration or feature within Dynamics 365 Sales to change the sender email address for emails sent from sales sequences. This functionality is not supported at this time.
