What’s happening?

Users intermittently encounter an "Error Loading Control" message specifically in the Email Description field when accessing email forms. This occurs sporadically and requires multiple refreshes to temporarily resolve.

Reason:

This is caused by a known problem related to the feature control bit (FCB) named "InlineCopilotEmailDefaultOn".

Resolution:

To resolve this, perform the following steps:

  1. Disable the feature control bit (FCB) "InlineCopilotEmailDefaultOn".
  2. Append the following flag to the URL when reproducing the issue: &flags=FCB.InlineCopilotEmailDefaultOn=false
  3. Verify if the issue persists after applying the above flag.

If the issue continues to occur, further investigation and hotfixes from the product group (PG) team may be required.
