What’s happening?
Clicking the thumbs-down icon on a Dynamics 365 knowledge article prompts an option to share comments, while clicking thumbs-up does not.
Reason:
The behavior of displaying comment options only when clicking thumbs-down is by design.
Resolution:
- The functionality where clicking the thumbs-down icon on a knowledge base article prompts an option to share comments, while clicking thumbs-up does not, is by design and cannot be altered.
