What's happening?
Users need permission to view all requests created by other users in Power Pages.
Reason:
The users do not have the necessary table permissions and web roles configured to access Dataverse records in Power Pages.

To grant users permission to view requests created by other users in Power Pages, follow these steps:
From Power Pages side:
Configure Table Permissions:

Assign Custom Web Roles:

Assign Security Roles:
