What’s happening?
Customer Service Historical report in Dynamics 365 Customer Service does not display. Instead, it continuously shows the message: "Your reports are being provisioned. Please allow up to 24 hours for the process to complete," even after waiting beyond the indicated timeframe.
Reason:
This typically occurs when the Customer Service Historical Analytics report is being accessed for the first time or when the related toggle settings are not correctly enabled.
Resolution:
To resolve this, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to the Settings page in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Locate the toggle settings for Customer Service Historical Analytics.
- Disable the toggle setting.
- Re-enable the toggle setting.
