What's happening?
Work Assignment rules configured in Dynamics 365 Sales are not automatically assigning leads to salespersons based on defined criteria, or the Owner attribute is not being set correctly upon updating attributes.
Reason:
This occurs when the administration mode is enabled on the organization, preventing the Work Assignment rules from functioning as expected.
Resolution:
Disable the administration mode on the organization to resolve this. After turning off administration mode, the Work Assignment rules will function correctly and automatically assign leads to the designated salespersons.
