What's happening?

Users with the system administrator role are unable to access the Dynamics 365 CE (Sales Hub) application and receive an error upon attempting access.

Reason:

The Dynamics Sales license was not assigned to the user account, resulting in user unable to access despite having the administrator role.

Resolution:

To resolve this, ensure the Dynamics Sales license is properly assigned to the user account:

  1. Navigate to the Microsoft administration portal.
  2. Verify the user's assigned licenses.
  3. If the Dynamics Sales license is pending assignment, assign the license to the user.
  4. After assigning the license, verify that the user can successfully access the Dynamics 365 CE (Sales Hub) application.
