What's happening?
Users are unable to perform bulk edits on sales invoices within Dynamics 365 Sales.
Reason:
Bulk editing of multiple invoice records simultaneously is not supported in Dynamics 365 Sales.
Resolution:
To edit an invoice, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the list of invoices.
- Select the individual invoice you want to edit.
- Make the necessary changes to the invoice details.
- Click Save in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Note: It is not possible to edit multiple invoice records at once. Edits must be performed individually.
