What’s happening?
Azure phone number is not functioning, displaying the message: "This number cannot be upgraded. Calling and SMS capabilities maxed out."
Reason:
This arises because the customer is attempting to upgrade phone number capabilities in a trial environment, which is not permitted. The customer has reached the maximum capabilities for calling and SMS.
Resolution:
- The customer should remove the default phone number to utilize the purchased number.
