What's happening?
When a user attempts to create a new Product record with their user interface (UI) language set to a non-base language, the following error occurs:
Error: Rows with localizable attributes can only be created when the user interface (UI) language for the current user is set to the organization's base language.
Reason:
This behavior is by design. Dynamics 365 does not allow creation of Product records with localizable fields when the user's UI language is set to a non-base language. This ensures consistent data entry for translatable fields.
Resolution:
Currently, there is no workaround available to directly create a Product entity using a UI language different from the organization's base language. Users must switch their user interface language back to the organization's base language when creating new Product record.
For additional details regarding this functionality, users can refer to the following documentation: - Localize product property values (Dynamics 365 Sales) | Microsoft Learn
No other workaround is available at this time.
