What’s happening?
Users are unable to schedule the sending of bulk email when using quick campaigns in Dynamics 365 Sales.
Reason:
Quick Campaigns do not support direct scheduling functionality for sending activities like emails at a future date automatically. When you set up a quick campaign, the activities (such as sending emails) take effect immediately once you initiate them.
Resolution:
If needing to schedule a emails for a campaign, quick campaigns should not be used. Other solutions, such as Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys, can be used to schedule the email delivery for a campaign.
