What's happening?
Customer is unable to change the text color on the Submit button of the post-chat survey form.
Reason:
The color of the Submit button text is determined by the theme selected during the creation of the survey. This behavior is by design.
Resolution:
The color of the Submit button text on the post-chat survey form is controlled by the theme color selected during survey creation. The system automatically adjusts to the color or HEX color code provided by the customer. To achieve better readability, customers should adjust their selected color or HEX color code accordingly.
