Views:

What's happening?

  • Unable to search the Members section by Company Name or Phone number.
  • Lookup fields are not loading all contacts/accounts from the view.
  • Dataverse search functionality stopped working for all tables.

Reason:

The Dataverse search was pointing to an outdated organization URL after the environment URL was updated, causing endpoint connection issues.

Resolution:

Verify the organization URL configured for Dataverse search.

  1. Navigate to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments.
  2. Open the environment used by Customer Insights - Journeys application.
  3. Under the Details section, verify the Environment URL is the correct URL.  If an update is required, click Edit
