Users of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys experience blocked email sending with an error message indicating "test quota reached" or "quota limit exceeded," despite having a valid Customer Insights license.

Reason:

This occurs when a "Trial" type license is mistakenly assigned to the environment instead of the correct "Paid" license. This incorrect license assignment triggers the quota limitation associated with trial licenses.

Resolution:

To resolve this, verify the license type assigned to the environment. If a "Trial" license is found to be assigned instead of a "Paid" license, the license type must be corrected to "Paid." After changing the license type from "Trial" to "Paid," the quota limitation error message will no longer appear, and email sending functionality will resume as expected.
