What’s happening?
The data management project mapping becomes blank after uploading a DMF package using Logic App. An error message indicates that an issue occurred while loading the mapper control. This problem does not occur when importing the file/package directly through the data management UI.

Reason:
This appears to be linked to recent changes in the Logic App, specifically affecting the General Journal entity. The mapping is reported to be incorrect and corrupted. The problem is limited to XLSX files, as CSV files work correctly.

Resolution:

  1. Regenerate the mappings successfully.
  2. Remove and re-add the DMF entity:
  3. Delete the data entity from the data entity list.
  4. Click "Refresh entity list" to regenerate the data entity.
  5. Check the mapping and manually correct it if it is not auto-mapped, then save it.
  6. Re-publish the data entity to the BYOD environment.
  7. Retry the data entity import.
  8. If the issue persists, consider checking for any recent changes in the Logic App that might be related to the problem.
  9. As a next step, request a restart of the DMF services and an increase in memory allocation, starting in the sandbox environment to avoid potential impacts on production.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, further investigation may be required, including acquiring user session information or execution IDs to assist in troubleshooting.
