What’s happening?
The customer encounters an error when attempting to change the Go-Live date on the LCS project. The error message displayed is: "The first milestone end date must be after the date this project was created."
Reason:
This arises due to a mismatch between the project creation date and the first milestone end date, where the first milestone end date is set to an earlier date than the project creation date.
Resolution:
- Verify that the first milestone end date is set to a date that is after the project creation date.
- If the error persists, create a screen recording of the issue and provide diagnostic information for further investigation.
- Engage in a meeting with support to discuss the issue and expedite the resolution process if necessary.
