What’s happening?
The customer reported an issue with the Go-Live Assessment Questionnaire, specifically that the required integration topics were missing, which hindered their ability to submit the assessment.
 
Reason:
The underlying cause of this was identified as the integration topics not being available in the Go-Live Assessment Questionnaire.
 
Resolution:
To resolve this, the customer was guided to re-tick the integration in the scope, which successfully triggered the necessary questions to appear in the Go-Live Assessment Questionnaire. Additionally, it was suggested that the customer complete all steps outlined in the document "Prepare for go-live - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn" before submitting the review to Microsoft.
