The customer is experiencing issues where the new licenses are not appearing in the Lifecycle Services (LCS) portal, resulting in messages indicating insufficient subscription licenses.
Reason:
The underlying cause for the licenses not appearing in LCS may be due to a caching issue, which can take up to 24 hours to resolve after the licenses are activated.
Resolution:
- If the licenses are not appearing updated in LCS, wait for up to 24 hours after the licenses are activated to see if this resolves itself.
- If the issue persists beyond the expected timeframe, further assistance may be required to investigate the problem.
