What’s happening?
Users are unable to publish a workspace that is linked to a specific form. When attempting to publish, an error message appears stating, "You cannot publish this view as some user-added elements in the workspace are not backed by published views."
 
Reason:
The inability to publish the workspace is due to a system limitation. Specifically, workspaces or user workspaces that contain one or more pinned elements (such as links, lists, or tiles) with a backing view that is not published cannot be published.
 
Resolution:
To resolve this, users must remove the link to the form before attempting to publish the workspace. Once the workspace is published, the link to the form can be re-established. If the user intends to keep the pinned elements, they must ensure that the backing view of those pinned elements is published and then recreate the pinned elements with the newly published view.
