Customers are unable to establish a connection to the Help and BPM models, receiving an error message stating, "The authentication process was not successful." This issue occurs in the production environment and affects the ability to save processes from the finance application to the BPM library.

The underlying cause of this is identified as invalid authentication records.

Resolution:
To resolve this, the following steps were taken: 1. Confirmed that the problem was occurring in the production environment. 2. Executed a script internally to resolve the connectivity issue. 3. Verified that the issues with the Help and BPM models had been resolved after the script execution.
