What’s happening?
Customers are seeking a method to bulk retrieve user activity logs from the "All events for user" section in the Environment Monitoring feature.
 
Reason:
The retrieval of user events is scheduled to be phased out starting September 2024, transitioning to Application Insights for log output.
 
Resolution:
To transition to Application Insights for retrieving user activity logs, follow these steps: 1. Refer to the public documentation on the monitoring and diagnostics tools for Lifecycle Services, which details the deprecation of activity logs: - Lifecycle Services Monitoring and Diagnostics. 2. Use Application Insights to track user "page views," which will provide information such as: - "At X time, user ID: XXX stayed on page XXX for X minutes." 3. For setup instructions, consult the following documentation: - Monitoring and Telemetry with Application Insights. 4. To check which forms users accessed, navigate through Application Insights > Audit > Logs, and refer to the relevant table "pageViews."
