What’s happening?
The Workflow History Summary Copilot feature is not displaying in the production environment, despite being enabled after a service update. The feature is functioning correctly in the UAT environment.
 

Reason:
The production environment has not been configured with the Power Platform Integration, which is a prerequisite for enabling Copilot features.
 

Resolution:

  1. Verify that the Workflow History Summary feature is enabled in the Power Platform Admin Center.
  2. Check the settings by navigating to Environments > [select an environment] > Settings > Product > Features in the Power Platform Admin Center.
  3. Ensure that the environment is configured with Power Platform Integration, as this is necessary for the Copilot features to function.
  4. If the issue persists after confirming the above settings, consider disabling and re-enabling the Copilot features.
