What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues when attempting to configure network printers and generate AR-printing of SOA. Specifically, some users can print in the production environment but are unable to print in the user acceptance testing (UAT) environment.
Reason:
This is occurring with specific users only. Despite having the same user role settings, these users face difficulties printing in UAT while they can print in production.
Resolution:
To resolve this, the following steps should be performed: - Remove the affected user from the system and then re-add them with the same roles. - Clear the cache in both Edge and Chrome browsers. - After performing these steps, the issue should be resolved.
