What’s happening?
Empty sandbox add-ons need to be de-allocated and re-allocated to a different project.

Reason:
The newly procured environments have been added to the wrong project, necessitating the movement of all empty sandboxes to the correct project.

Resolution:
To deallocate and reallocate a sandbox add-on to a different project, follow these steps: 1. Deallocate and delete the previously deployed sandbox. This action will free up the sandbox add-on slot. 2. Once the slot is available, reallocate the sandbox add-on to the desired project.
For further management of sandbox environments across implementation projects, refer to the relevant documentation provided by the service.
