Cannot Change Description When Adding a New Version in Tax Calculation Services

What’s happening?
The customer is unable to change the description when adding a new version in Tax Calculation Services.

Reason:
This arises when the line is in Draft status, preventing any changes to the description field.

Resolution:

1. Complete the line status.
2. Once the status is updated to "Complete," the description field should be editable without any further issues.
3. If the issue persists, ensure that the system is updated to version 10.0.40 or higher, as fixes for this issue have been released in these versions. For further information, refer to the relevant documentation or support resources.
