What’s happening?
The Azure Data Explorer F&O dashboard is unable to show any data.


Reason:
This may be related to the configuration of the Slow Query dashboard, which requires specific telemetry settings to be enabled.


Resolution:

  1. Verify if the dashboard templates have been imported correctly as per the documentation provided by the Fasttrack team.
  2. Check if there are any connection errors in the dashboards.
  3. For the Slow Query dashboard, ensure that the flight SysMonitoringAndTelemetrySlow is turned on to allow the telemetry data to be pushed to the application insights.
  4. It is recommended to enable this setting in a sandbox environment for testing. If it works properly, proceed to enable it in the production environment.
  5. Confirm the sandbox environment ID that is integrated with application insights for further troubleshooting.
