What’s happening?
The customer is requesting to downgrade their sandbox environment from version 10.0.41 to version 10.0.40 due to concerns about the stability of the newer version.
Reason:
The customer upgraded to version 10.0.41 but was unable to pause the automatic update process, which led to the forced upgrade. They expressed a need to revert to the previous version before proceeding with a production update.
Resolution:
- Inform the customer that downgrading the environment is not possible.
- Explain that since the customer has already performed a pause to the environment this year, they cannot perform another pause.
- Provide documentation regarding service update availability and the policies related to pauses in updates.
