What’s happening?
Customers are unable to find the D365 Finance UDE Plugin or installer for Visual Studio 2022 in the Lifecycle Services (LCS).
Reason:

Resolution:
- Start Visual Studio, and select "Continue without code" in the dialog. Optionally, you can open an existing project or create a new one.
- Select "Extensions" and then "Manage Extensions."
- Expand the left navigation panel node "Online" in the Visual Studio Marketplace.
- Search for "Power Platform Tools," then download and install the extension.
- After downloading, the extension will only be installed once Visual Studio is closed.
- Once Visual Studio is closed, the extension will start to install.
- Click "Modify."
- Installation will continue.
- Click "Close" when completed.
- Note: After installing Power Platform Tools, you will not find any Power Platform Tools related menu items or views in the Visual Studio user interface until you create or load a Visual Studio solution that contains at least one project created from a Power Platform Tools template.
- After installing the Power Platform Tools extension for Visual Studio, launch Visual Studio if not already running.
- Go to "Tools" > "Options" > "Power Platform Tools."
- Check "Skip Discovery" when connecting to Dataverse.
- Check "Enable auto setup for Dynamics 365" when using the Unified environment.
- In the Tools menu, you have two options: "Connect to Dataverse" or "Download Dynamics 365 FinOps assets."
- "Connect to Dataverse" only downloads assets if not downloaded earlier.
- "Download Dynamics 365 FinOps assets" always downloads.
