What’s happening?
The functionality to create support cases from the Dynamics application is not working.


Reason:
The integration of the application with Lifecycle Services (LCS) was reconfigured, generating a new token, which may have affected the ability to create support cases.


Resolution:

  1. Verify how the user in question was created in the system. Check if the user is currently on Microsoft Entra ID and whether this user was imported into the system.
  2. If the user was imported, provide session information when the issue occurs again to assist with further investigation.
  3. Follow the steps in the documentation to set up support in Finance and Operations (FnO) and ensure that an LCS Project Owner connects the environment to LCS as per the guidelines in the documentation: Set up technical support for finance and operations apps.
  4. If the issue persists, attempt to recreate the issue and share the error message for further analysis.
