  1. Ensure that the latest Proactive Quality Update (PQU) has been deployed. The specific version mentioned is 7.0.7279.122.
  2. To deploy the PQU, follow these steps:
  3. Open Lifecycle Services (LCS) and navigate to the Environment details page for your sandbox environment.
  4. In the Available Updates section, select "View Update" for the latest Quality Update build.
  5. Export the build into a CSV or Microsoft Excel file to review the changes included in the PQU (optional).
  6. Follow the instructions provided in the update to apply the PQU to your environment. This typically involves a series of automated steps managed through LCS.
  7. Monitor the deployment process to ensure that it completes successfully.
