Reason:
The FO Team Members license does not impose restrictions on the number of accessible standard tables. It has been confirmed that custom tables also do not have limitations on the number of accessible tables.


Resolution:

  1. It is confirmed that the Team Members license allows access to an unlimited number of standard and custom tables.
  2. For the tools used for data reference:
  3. DMF Export: Requires the "Data Management Administrator" role, which may necessitate an "Operations" license for certain functionalities.
  4. Table Browser: Requires the "Open Table Browser" permission, which also may necessitate an "Operations" license.
  5. X++ Script: The execution of custom X++ scripts can be performed with the Team Members license, but certain roles may require an "Operations" license.
  6. Odata API: Can be used without a license to call tables.
