What’s happening?
When creating a product category hierarchy, the system does not allow the same node to be created under multiple categories. For example, if a node is already listed under one category, attempting to create it again under another category results in an error message stating "record already exists."

Reason:
The system does not permit having two records with the same name under category hierarchies, which leads to the error message "The record already exists."

Resolution:
To resolve this, assign a different name to the node that you are trying to create under the new category. Unfortunately, there is no other out-of-the-box workaround for this issue.
