What’s happening?
The customer is unable to load formula headers and versions data through the data management framework using the entity "Formula headers and versions." They encounter an error stating that a matching record for the read-only data source 'EngChgProductVersion' does not exist.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is identified as a field matching error, specifically related to the DisplayProductNumber ("Product number") being incorrect.
Resolution:
To resolve this, the following steps should be taken: - Verify if the engineering product is a product master. If it is, ensure that the correct variant product number is used, considering the version is V-01 and if the version is tracked as a product dimension. - If the product is not a product master but a distinct product (with the version not tracked as a product dimension), use the product number from the distinct product. - Ensure that the right values are used for all entities involved; otherwise, the system will not find the corresponding records. - It has been noted that after modifying values on the imported sheet, the issue was no longer replicated.
