What’s happening?
Pinning a view as a default view causes the column 'Product' to be unfilterable, resulting in errors such as 'Column is not filterable' and 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'
Reason:
This is a known regression issue for version 10.0.38 or 10.0.39 of the system.
Resolution:
To mitigate this, it is recommended to disable the "Saved views performance enhancement" feature, which has a low impact on the system but disables the benefits of the feature. Additionally, users can subscribe to the Lifecycle Services Knowledge Base for updates on this.
