What’s happening?
When creating a return order in EEOP, the registration line for the returned item does not provide an option to add the Site to the registration form. This prevents the submission and closure of the RMA due to the missing Site.


Reason:
This arises because the Site field is initially blank when creating a new registration line, while the Warehouse (WH) field is populated. If this is not noticed and the registration line is submitted, it saves with a blank Site, which cannot be edited afterward.


Resolution:

  • To address this, it is necessary to un-register the incorrect line that was created with the blank Site field and the wrong Warehouse number.
  • Since the option to un-register the line is not available from the user side, assistance from support is required to correct the data in the production environment.
  • It is requested to change the Warehouse to the correct one and ensure that the Site is populated correctly during the registration process.
