What’s happening?
The transaction list is not displaying the expected demand or the lot number is not matching. Specifically, sales orders that should appear as 'On Order' in the relevant lists are missing.
 
Reason:
This may relate to data corruption, which has resulted in the removal of sales order related transactions from the system while the link between the sales order line and transactions still exists.
 
Resolution:
To maintain data consistency, the following steps should be taken: 
1. Request a change of the sales order. 
2. Remove the sales line directly by clicking the Remove button on the sales line. 
3. Cancel or delete the sales order.
