What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue where the ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) information is being overridden, specifically the Estimated Arrival Date and Time field in the LoadHeaders JSON file.
 

Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the shipping time updates, which can be changed via customization.
 

Resolution:

  • Update the shipping time to reflect the correct Estimated Arrival Date and Time.
  • Ensure that the customization settings are reviewed to prevent the overriding of the ASN information.
