What’s happening?
What’s happening?
- The "Order holds" button is disabled during the creation of sales orders, particularly for sales orders containing direct delivery items.
- The "Remove" button in Transfer Orders is grayed out, preventing users from removing items.
- The limitation is due to the design of the system, where sales orders containing direct delivery items cannot be placed on hold.
- The "Remove" button being disabled on Transfer Orders is also a design limitation.
- For the "Order holds" issue:
- It is confirmed that this behavior is standard functionality. A workaround is available:
- Before adding the item to the sales order and enabling direct delivery, go to the desired item and remove the vendor.
- Add the item to the sales order and attempt to enable direct delivery. This will introduce an error.
- Go back to the item, add the vendor back, refresh the sales order form, and then enable direct delivery.
- For the "Remove" button issue in Transfer Orders:
- The problem was resolved, and the button functionality was restored. Further monitoring is suggested to ensure the issue does not recur.
