What’s happening?
  • The "Order holds" button is disabled during the creation of sales orders, particularly for sales orders containing direct delivery items.
  • The "Remove" button in Transfer Orders is grayed out, preventing users from removing items.

Reason:
  • The limitation is due to the design of the system, where sales orders containing direct delivery items cannot be placed on hold.
  • The "Remove" button being disabled on Transfer Orders is also a design limitation.

Resolution:
  • For the "Order holds" issue:
  • It is confirmed that this behavior is standard functionality. A workaround is available:
    1. Before adding the item to the sales order and enabling direct delivery, go to the desired item and remove the vendor.
    2. Add the item to the sales order and attempt to enable direct delivery. This will introduce an error.
    3. Go back to the item, add the vendor back, refresh the sales order form, and then enable direct delivery.
  • For the "Remove" button issue in Transfer Orders:
  • The problem was resolved, and the button functionality was restored. Further monitoring is suggested to ensure the issue does not recur.
